F O R M A T I O N
We will do our best to accommodate special requests for table
location and your need for electricity.
Location factors will include, number of tables rented, number of years
attending show, and special requests that will limit flexibility. Both shows will start at 9:00 am and close at
4:00 pm. Dealer setup begins at 6:30
am. Early dealer table setup available on Friday 3:00pm until
9:00pm for Fall show
& Saturday/Sunday dealers (option A) at the club in the Spring - Please
make note on the dealer table application if you are going to utilize this
option. We ask that you be set up by 8:30 am and stay set up for the entire
show, breaking down promptly at 4:00 pm.
Covers, drapes or any other equipment or enhancements are not included
in the table rental.
All tables are 30” x 8’ NO REFUNDS
All items for sale at the show MUST be of a railroad theme, either
model or memorabilia
NO TABLE EXTENSIONS OR DISPLAY THAT WILL DAMAGE TABLES OR EXCEED THE FOOTPRINT OF THE TABLE SPACE
